Frontier Accord

Privacy Policy

Effective 4 September 2026 · Controller: ITITIT Ltd

ITITIT Ltd operates Frontier Accord, including the Windows application, the public Global Command service and the website at frontier-accord.com. This policy explains the information used to run the game and the choices available to players.

Information we use

Why we use it

We use this information to provide and restore requested games, connect players, operate public replays and leaderboards, prevent abuse, moderate public spaces, answer support requests, diagnose faults and protect the service. Our bases are performance of the service requested by the player, legitimate interests in running and securing the game, consent where a player chooses an optional connection, and compliance with legal duties.

When the optional Accord Guide is enabled, online game chat and relevant game context may be processed by the configured AI provider to generate a reply. This feature is disabled in the bundled Local Command server.

Public information

Commander names, campaign names, public chat, public game results and selected public replays can be visible to other players or viewers. Players should not put private information in public names or chat. Private-room passwords restrict entry but do not make participant chat end-to-end encrypted.

Retention

Sharing and processors

We do not sell personal information. Information is shared only as needed with infrastructure and content-delivery providers, connected services such as Discord when chosen by the player, YouTube or Twitch for enabled public broadcasts, an IP-country lookup provider used for moderation, professional advisers, or authorities when law requires it. Providers may process data outside the United Kingdom. ITITIT Ltd is responsible for checking the applicable transfer requirements and provider arrangements. Players may ask about the providers and safeguards relevant to their information through the private support panel.

Local Command

Local Command campaign data stays on the hosting computer. Its bundled server does not contact Frontier Accord, Discord, Twitch, YouTube or GeoIP services. Other household players connect directly to the selected private network. Opening a Community or legal link is a separate player action.

Your choices and rights

Players can avoid optional Discord connections, choose what to place in public chat, clear the Windows application's local data, and request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability where applicable. A player may also complain to their local data-protection authority. Send a privacy request through the private support panel on the Frontier Accord homepage. We may need enough information to verify the request without exposing another player's data.

Children

Frontier Accord is not directed to children under 13. A younger person must not use Global Command. Where local law requires parental permission for an older child, the parent or guardian must provide it.

Changes

Material changes will be dated here and, where appropriate, announced in the application or release notes.
