Frontier Accord

Terms of Use

Effective 5 September 2026 · Operator: ITITIT Ltd

These terms apply to the Frontier Accord Windows application, website, Global Command service and app-hosted Local Command mode. By using the game, a player agrees to these terms and the Privacy Policy.

Who may play

Global Command is for players aged 13 or older. Where the law requires parental permission for a player under the local age of digital consent, a parent or guardian must provide it.

Price and purchases

The Frontier Accord browser game is free. The Windows application is available as a one-off Microsoft Store purchase at the price shown in its Store listing. There are no in-app purchases, advertising or loot boxes, and no subscription or separate Frontier Accord account is required.

Fair and lawful use

Players must follow applicable law and must not harass or threaten others, impersonate people, cheat, automate abuse, evade moderation, probe or bypass access controls, upload malicious files, interfere with the service or another person's network, or use the game to publish unlawful or infringing content.

Player content and moderation

Players remain responsible for commander names, campaign names, chat and other material they submit. They grant ITITIT Ltd the limited permission needed to display, transmit, moderate and preserve that material to operate the requested game and its public replay, leaderboard, support and safety features. Public content may be removed and access may be restricted when reasonably necessary to protect players, the service or legal rights.

Private games and Local Command

A private-room password controls entry but does not provide end-to-end encryption between participants. Local Command hosts are responsible for the computer and private network on which they run the server. Windows Firewall access should be granted only for Private networks, and the bundled server must not be exposed directly to the public internet.

Availability, saves and updates

The service may be changed, interrupted or withdrawn for maintenance, security or operational reasons. Campaign recovery is provided on a best-efforts basis. Players should retain important exported campaign files. Updates may be required for online compatibility, security and access to Global Command.

Software and third-party components

ITITIT Ltd and its licensors retain their rights in Frontier Accord. Third-party components remain governed by the licences listed with the application. These terms do not grant permission to misuse Frontier Accord branding, services or other players' content.

Liability and consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or mandatory consumer rights. Subject to those rights, the game and service are provided without a promise of uninterrupted or error-free availability, and ITITIT Ltd is not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the player began using the service.

Ending access

A player may stop using the service and remove local application data at any time. ITITIT Ltd may suspend or end access for a serious or repeated breach, security risk, legal requirement or discontinuation of the service. Provisions concerning rights, responsibility and lawful limits continue where necessary after access ends.

Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, while preserving any mandatory consumer protections and courts available in the player's home country. Questions can be sent through the private support panel on the Frontier Accord homepage.

Changes

Material changes will be dated and announced through the application or release notes where appropriate. Continued use after the effective date means the updated terms apply, except where law requires another form of agreement.
